At the first stage, our crucial task is to get to know you, your space and your expectations for it in-depth, creating a basis for an informed, individually tailored design solution crafted. After choosing the relevant design package for you and signing the contract, we will ask you to fill in a questionnair about your preferences and needs. At this time, we’ll also need measurements, which depending on the complexity and size of the project you can either make yourself following our measuring guide or hire a contractor locally at your place of residence (we provide assistance with sourcing such contractors by request).
Further on, we discuss visual references (hand-picked by us as well as provided by you), drafting out the design direction which will reflect your values and vision.

Here, we study in detail all the processes, people, functions and events that will inhabit the space, finding the most efficient way to make room for all of them. We offer you a selection of planning solutions, picking the optimal one after thorough discussion with you.
Based on the plan, questionnaire and references, we create a visual concept of the interior. Made collage, it allows you to see materials and finishes, colours, light, furniture – all the key elements that will form your space. Already at this stage, the general mood and style of space take shape.

This is where the magic begins, and ideas turn reality – or almost. At this stage, our 3D team creates stunningly realistic, high-quality images of your future space.
By request (or if your package features this service), after final confirmation of the 3D images we create a film of your design.

Now that the visual part is done, we prepare all the technical data needed for the project’s realization. We develop plans for dismantling and installation, technical drawings of all necessary engineering networks (depending on the individual needs of the project, this includes electrical and plumbing networks, climate systems, smart home systems, etc), technical specifications to produce bespoke furniture, and other required technical drawings. The result of this stage is a complete set of clear & coherent working documentation, translated into your language, ready to be handed over to your local building contractor.

All components are gathered and poised to materialize. At this pivotal stage, our foremost task is to oversee the construction team's activities, ensuring complete adherence to the design blueprint. We hold a deep regard for the spaces we design, hence earnestly advise clients to entrust us with project management responsibilities. As part of our architectural supervision, we meticulously monitor all construction processes according to schedule, coordinating and rectifying technical issues, ranging from tile layout to the most intricate engineering tasks. We manage effective communication with the team and handle logistics seamlessly. This service serves as your assurance of flawlessly executed spaces, granting you the liberty to carry on with your life while we excel in our expertise. During this phase, we also compile a comprehensive list of materials and furniture, drafting a project estimate within the agreed budget. When working remotely on your project, we conduct extensive supplier analysis in your region, ensuring optimal selections. Upon request, we can undertake all necessary communications and fully organize the delivery of furniture and materials.
